Big Ten Love Speed Dating

Although there was much interest in a speed dating event, the Big Ten Speed Dating event was unfortunately postponed due to registration.  In order to provide an entertaining event for club members, the alumni association wanted to fill all the spots in the event.  As a result, the event is planned for later this year.  More information will become available as registration reopens and a new venue is secured.

Illini Networking Dinner

The alumni attending the networking dinner at Rock Bottom Restaurant were very diversified in their background.  Professions ranged from engineering to retail management and the event was fortunate to host members from other Big Ten alumni associations.  These networking events can provide a great opportunity to meet other professions both in and outside your industry.  As the alumni club's events continue to expand, the alumni club hopes that professional networking will increase, thereby enabling Boston area alums to learn more about one's careers interests by speaking with a fellow graduate who is already in the industry.
